Invar International, Inc. is a Virginia corporation that was established in 1994. Invar is privately-held and is headquartered in New York, NY, USA.

Invar began as a financial consulting firm specializing in structured finance and project finance of international development projects. While covering financing in various industries throughout the late 1990's and early 2000's, since 2004, Invar has focused on the energy industry.

Invar is currently finishing the first two privately-owned power plants in Moscow, Russia, which it developed in partnership with Zorlu Energy Group, and will launch in 2010.

In the meantime, Invar is exploring new opportunities and new markets to grow their power plant development business while continuing its core strength in project finance.
