| Invar International, Inc. in partnership with Zorlu Energy owns ICFS International, a holding company that is investing in the construction of Russia's first two privately-owned power plants. The Kozhuhovo gas-powered power plant will produce 340MW of power, 170 MW of which will be commissioned upon completion of Stage I, which is expected to be in operation in 2010
