| Invar International, Inc. in partnership with Zorlu Energy owns ICFS International, a holding company that is investing in the construction of Russia's first privately-owned power plant. The gas-powered power plant will ultimately produce 340MW of power, 170 MW of which will be commissioned upon completion of Stage I, which is expected to be in in operation by 2010. The Tereshkovo power plant will generate power for the new neighborhood that is currently under construction in Tereshkovo.
